November Wrap Up

I’m a couple days late, but I’m still in recovery from Thanksgiving 😀  I did get a flat tire on the way home, so that was kind of a bummer, otherwise the trip up to Utah for the holiday was great!  As for the blog, here’s how my November shaped up.  My top pages were: EVE Mission Running with 46 views EVE – How To with 44 views Hellgate Mini-Game and other goodies a distant 3rd with 17 views Linux – still “ham radio” for your computer with 12 views  Making A Tarot … Continue reading

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

So I finally got CoD4 installed last weekend and played it through.  I did enjoy it somewhat, but it seemed a bit short.  I was done with it in just a few nights play-time. October Retrospect

Warhammer Peeves As for gaming, Spore and Warhammer have been taking up most of my time.  I have Call of Duty 4 and I … Continue reading

Linux – still “ham radio” for your computer

Ok, so I was in Phoenix all week last week for a Redhat Linux class and it got me all stoked up to try Linux on one of my several old PC’s laying around the apt.  Since I was learning Redhat, the instructor there recommended getting CentOS, since it’s built off of the Redhat source code (and you can get it for free). Next I had to locate a machine to install it on. The most accessible machine I had that wasn’t already in use was an old G4 PowerMac. … Continue reading
