‘Cuz the blog gets very little attention… I’ve been busy at work and busy outdoors, busy cleaning house, busy, busy, busy – I tend to skip the whole “Spring Cleaning” thing and do all that during Summer for some reason. So besides all the work stuff, what have I been doing for entertainment? Mainly I’ve been watching (the new) Dr. Who. I just finished Season 4 over the weekend, so I’m all caught up with the show, as far as DVD releases go. I’ve also been adding quite a few photo albums … Continue reading

Hard to believe, but my blog has been viewed 10,000 times! WOOT! This has been a pretty lackluster gaming week – but have spent a few hours in BattleForge and I also peeked in on my EVE Online characters to see how their training was coming along. I’ll probably drop in on Warhammer Online tomorrow. I’ve been goofing around over on my facebook page, mainly adding friends here and there and creating more “flair.” I also finished up planting my planter boxes earlier in the week and the seeds are … Continue reading
What a busy month! I can’t believe how much I’ve neglected writing in the blog, so I’m gonna blame work for that! 😛 I’ve been really busy trying to put together purchase plans and distributing and configuring new computer systems for the library that my time has just disappeared on me. By the time I get home I just wanted to vedge in front of a game or do some reading. On the gaming front, I was jumping into WAR fairly regularly, playing both my Order and Chaos toons. Then … Continue reading
It’s been an incredibly busy week, and I only got to do a very few of the things I wanted to do in my limited personal time – I did get to go to the Web Developers Meet Up group, but I missed out on the local Blogger meeting and another coffee group that met on Thursday night. But in the little bit of free time that I did happen to squeeze in between guests, chores, and other things that life throws you, I downloaded and started playing Battle Forge. It’s … Continue reading
Ok, I’ve been playing Warhammer a bit this weekend and it’s really starting to piss me off in some areas that are just horribly designed. I dunno where Mythic got some of these devs and their crappy ass ideas, most likely from EA, ‘cuz I don’t remember ever being this annoyed so often back in the days of DAoC. List ‘o Peeves: Guild Wars like Maps, where you are forced to take particular paths that are extraordinarily long and convoluted, instead of a direct route, due to non-traversible terrain. Dwarf … Continue reading
