I’ve got quite a few plans for 2009, I just hope I can find the time to actually get some of them complete! For the blog, I just hope to keep it going in its informal format and content. I’ve got a few drafts sitting around, so I hope to get those completed and posted as well. I’d also like to focus a little more on some “how to” style posts, but they’re quite a bit more involved in the planning and writing than my usual “stream of consciousness” style … Continue reading
December is over as is 2008, so I guess I’d better get busy doing my stats. For December things shaped up like so: Most Hits EVE Mission Running with 46 EVE – How To with 35 Snow in Prescott…kinda… with 28 Preparing for Yuletide with 26 Hellgate Mini-Game and other goodies with 18 Woot! I think that’s a first for all of my top-5 entries being in double digits! Total hits went down slightly from December a year ago, from 397 to 311. The top search engine term was for “Lemegeton,” so I really ought to … Continue reading
My first full calendar year of blogging – woot! I actually hit my 1-year anniversary last September, but having a full Jan-Dec. calendar year of blogs is kind of cool too! I think I’m getting bored with the whole genre though as I can’t seem stay interested in any one of them more than 2-3 … Continue reading
Christmas with my family up in Utah was great! I got back home to Prescott safely last weekend, although I did have to traverse nearly 200 miles of snow and ice-packed roads. Nothin’ like a white knuckle ride to get ya’ goin’ over the holidays. I only saw two accidents – both were big rigs. One had gone off the road and tipped over on it’s side, only one cop car was there, so it had happened shortly before I drove by. The other was just the burned out remains … Continue reading
Yay! Now I get to do wrapping and stuff. It’s certainly MUCH colder up here in Utah – and snowier too! My mom has a thermometer just outside one of the kitchen windows and it’s usually down in the single digits every morning – one of the reasons I left Utah many years ago for slightly more sunny fields. At least when we get snow in Zone 7, it usually only lasts a couple days or so. The only gaming I’ve been doing lately has been Wizard 101. It’s a … Continue reading
