Things haven’t settled down much at work yet, and in my free time I’m pretty much diving into the Order side of Warhammer for the time being. I’ll probably get my dwarf Engineer up to 20 this weekend and then I’ll start working on my Witch Hunter. I still pop in on my Destruction server once in awhile to plink at Order with my Squiggy. Not much going on in any of the other gaming arenas, or any other domestic endeavors for that matter. Just work, WAR, sleep… I did … Continue reading
I can’t believe I’ve gone two weeks without posting here! It’s just been crazy busy lately with taxes and work and all kinds of other side projects brewing – oy! I will be getting a decent tax refund this year, so I’m having to eeny-meeny-miney-mo what bauble that will go towards… Camera, PC, GPS, Vacation… Hmmmm. In the mean time, I’ve been gaming quite a bit in Warhammer – dividing my time about 50-50 between Order on Badlands and Destro on Monolith. I got my Bright Wiz up to 20 … Continue reading
OY! It has been totally crazy around my neck of the woods and I feel like I haven’t had any time for myself or to do things that I enjoy, like posting to the blog! So until then, things are probably going to keep up the frantic pace, after that, … Continue reading
Just a funny thing I noticed while I was preparing material for my “Gardening Bug” post. I posted a link to Google’s “street view” of my old house, which shows my pick-up in the driveway. Then later in the post I described and posted another “street view” of an outrageously high priced house down the street from my apartement. Curious, I “scrolled down the street” to my apt. building, and lo’ and behold, there’s my pickup parked in the far right stall! I’ve only lived there since last April, so Google’s street … Continue reading
With the onset of Spring, I’m really wishin I was in a house again so I could get out in the yard and do some gardening. But since moving to Prescott last April, I’ve been living in an apartment – which has been a major adjustment in itself after having been in a house for almost the last 10 years. I was able to sell my house back in NM (ugh, that “Steet View” is in Winter when everything was dead, so it’s pretty ugly), but I barely got out of it what … Continue reading
