Well I’ve been very busy trying to get ready for the move. I’ve thrown out a ton of old papers and clothes and am hoping to have a garage sale this coming weekend. OY! So much stuff to do in so little time. I still have no idea where I’m going to be staying once I arrive in Prescott. I’ll probably look into some apts. this week. I’ve been interviewing for a new job during the past week (phone interview, then in-person interview in another state) so I haven’t been keeping things very up-to-date. And today I got an offer! Woohoo! So looks like I will be moving. Ok, I saw a video the other day of someone using Flight Simulator X and an add-on called Tileproxy that simply blew me away. So much so I went out and bought FSX and downloaded Tileproxy just to see it for myself. And I wasn’t disappointed – Simply Awesome! I’m not much for flight sims, but WOW! Tileproxy makes it so incredibly cool, I practically wet myself! LOL! Just got back from Utah for a joint birthday party at my folks’ house for my sister and me. It was her 50th and my 42nd – woohoo! It was a blast seeing everybody, even though it seems like just the other day we were all celebrating Christmas together! I took the “scenic” drive between Albuquerque and their house, which is an hour longer than the “fast” way, but far – FAR more scenic. Play Hellgate! LOL! My DSL service was interrupted the other day for a considerable amount of time while Qwest was out working on their various boxes around the corner from my neighborhood (there’s like 4 green metal “boxes” nearly the size of Volkswagen’s over there).
